Attics and rooms in the roof are often largely untouched from the day they were constructed – leaving them too cold in winter and uncomfortably warm in the summer.
Correctly insulating rooms in the roof will provide a massive source of potential energy savings and provide you with a extra room that is comfortable to live in – all year round. The insulation of such rooms involves a combination of insulation measures to allow for the various details that make up the slopes, half height walls, eaves lofts and ceilings.
Insulating batts are secured to the walls and ceiling of the room and slabs of Insulation are fitted between them. Plasterboard is then secured over the Insulation and skimmed ready for decoration.

Your property should still achieve the desired warmth because the house will retain its temperature for longer. It can also be noted that, during the summer, the insulated Room in Roof will prevent some of the suns heat from entering your home therefore remains cooler
